Skyway Yacht Works - About Us

Skyway Yacht Works is a company whose existence came naturally, as a matter of course.  We have been in the commercial marine industry since 1987.  Between lake shipping and river transport and logistics, we spent the last 20 years right here in the Calumet River and Southern Lake Michigan.

With our abundant shoreline and a private slip off the Calumet River, not to mention the convenience to Chicago and Hammond Harbors, Skyway Yacht  Works was a natural.

So, here we are-taking 20 years of maritime experience, along with a lifetime of boating- entering the yacht services industry.  Having been boatyard customers ourselves, we feel we offer a unique perspective to today's discerning customer.
